Submission of Project-Related Documents
We encourage submitting project documents electronically via email or the client dashboard. Physical document submissions are subject to Document Processing Charges, which vary by document type, complexity, and urgency.

Right to Refuse Service
Stormwave Marketing reserves the right to refuse certain projects, including academic assignments, racially or religiously insensitive topics, malicious content, erotic content, or any work that doesn’t align with our values. A refund will be issued if an order is unknowingly accepted but cannot be fulfilled.

Refund Policy
If you request a refund before we start working on your project, 100% of your payment will be refunded (transaction charges will be deducted). You may ask for a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. In such cases, we will refund the remaining balance of your order. The amount already used for completed work on your project will not be refunded. Please note that only the balance payment will be refunded. However, if you have a specific complaint and require a full refund, you may send us a refund request, and we will review it fairly.

Indemnification
By agreeing to the terms of this agreement, users of the site and service agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stormwave Marketing from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, or demands of liability, including attorneys' fees and costs incurred by Stormwave Marketing and its affiliates in connection with any claim by a third party (including an intellectual property claim) arising out of (i) materials and content you submit, post, or transmit, or (ii) your use of the site in violation of these Terms of Use or any applicable law.

Unlimited Revisions Policy
We offer unlimited revisions on all projects until they have been completed. Once a project has been completed, clients may request revisions for an additional period of 2 weeks (14 days). To request further amendments or suggestions after this period, clients will need to start a new project. Please note that revisions do not include changes to the project brief. If a revision request requires additional work beyond what was initially agreed upon or contradicts the original discussion, we may require additional payment to accommodate the revision.
